Neobyte alot of that stuff we really don't want on the core routers trying to keep them down to a minimum

a distro for users with all those feature would be good though. it would be good to have something like that avaliable on the site and the network to help people get on

I wasn't referring to core routers more AP's to provide a more user friendly services to end users.

I have not seen a WIFI connection over 10mbit in Bathurst Wifi so 99% of systems wouldn't have service performance issues if they where to run the OS with additional services.
